29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    On October 29, 2015, the following machinery was not properly guarded.    1. The Amada horizontal bandsaw had 7 inches of the unused portion of the saw blade that was not guarded and the metal chip auger was not guarded.    2. There were two Central Machinery drill presses with rotating tooling chucks that were not guarded.    3. The Hammond Ritespeed machine had two buffer wheels with guarding that was damaged and not affixed.
