29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:  a)    On or about 11/4/2015, the air wand for cleaning and separating plastic bags on line #2 was rated at 85 p.s.i. and did not have a relief tip on the air wand that would reduce the pressure to 30 p.s.i.
