29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  Worksite located at 309 E Main. Norman, OK 73069. On or about November 19, 2015, employees were observed working from an aerial lift without the use of a fall protection harness and lanyard. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet.
