29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   a)  Ocean Blvd. & E. Surf Ave., Brant Beach, NJ: On or about 11/24/2015 two employees of America Contractors LLC were observed installing shingles on the steep sloped roof of a multi-story new construction residence.  The workers were wearing fall protection harness but were not attached to safety lines, and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet.   The employer, America Contractors LLC , was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060313, citation number 1, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/10/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Warrington Point Admiral Lane, Lot 10 Thru 14, Warrington, PA.
