On or about November 23, 2015, the employer required employees to use alloy steel chains as part of the load manipulation and steel chains did not have their load capacity identification. Employees were thereby exposed to struck by hazards during load manipulation while using truck-cranes.    The conditions found on truck-crane's components were the following:    1. Three (3) out four (4) alloy steel chains were missing their identification tag - load attachments on truck # 50.    2. One (1) alloy steel chain out of two (2) was missing its identification tag - load attachment on truck # 39.    3. On truck-crane # 42 - all alloy steel chains were missing.
