29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):   Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  a)  220 Park Avenue, Suite 120, Florham Park, NJ.  Employee was exposed to electric shock as the circuit he was working on was not de-energized.                         Violation occurred on or about 11/30/2015.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3):   The employer did not advise employees of the location of energized electrical power circuits, the hazards involved, and the protective measures to be taken:  a)  220 Park Avenue, Suite 120, Florham Park, NJ.  Employee was exposed to electric shock as the employer had not ensured employees were advised of the location of energized parts, the hazards involved in replacing parabolic fixtures and the measures they should take to protect themselves from electric shock.                      Violation occurred on or about 11/30/2015.
