Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing for likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a roller/compactor that had not been inspected for defects prior to use:    On or about 01/02/2016, at the above addressed worksite, an employee was exposed to a fire hazard from leaking hydraulic fluid on a roller/compactor that had not been inspected prior to use.
