29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasion; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes: Room 310: An employee used latex examination gloves when working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Rinse Free Striper and Ishine, for floor stripping and waxing activities where safety data sheet specifically required solvent/alkali resistant gloves.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: Room 310: Employees who were exposed to vapors of a floor stripping compound, Rinse Free Strip, were not provided training regarding what measures to take to protect themselves from the hazards of the chemical.
