29 CFR 1910.243(c)(3): Abrasive wheels used on vertical portable grinder(s) (right angle head grinders) were not provided with safety guard(s) having a maximum exposure angle of 180 degrees and located between the operator and wheel.  On or about February 10, 2016 near the King Mill Machine,  the employer allowed employees to operate a Jupiter Pneumatics Angle handle with a Abrasive cut-off wheel without point of operation guards in place and failed to provide an adequate guard during operation.
