29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s) a) Sheet Metal Department - Employer failed to take the forklift, model #7FGCU35, out of service when the forklift was in need of repair. The forklift had damaged hoses that control the mast of the lift and employees were exposed to stuck-by hazards while loading/unloading products within the department.
