Part III Section 6 Operator Safety Rules and Practices, 605 Loading, Paragraph A: Handle only stable or safely arranged loads. On or about February 18, 2016, and in times prior thereto, job made wood boxes were used on the front of a Genie telehandler for material handling. Such boxes were not constructed and used to ensure secure stable loading, exposing employees to the hazards of being struck by materials and falls when entering the box.
