29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. On or about February 25, 2016, on the top plate of a structure, four employees performing framing operations were not protected from a 10-foot 7-inch fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a. Employees using NR83A2 Hitachi pneumatic nail guns to conduct framing operations are not being protected from being hit by nails or flying debris.     The Best Construction USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 708138, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1913 Mooring Drive, Navarre, Florida 32566.
