29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.    Employees were exposed to bleach, laundry detergent and other debris in the laundry room because the washing machine bleach & detergent delivery system was leaking and allowed bleach, detergent and other material to accumulate behind the washing machines, on the walls and on the electrical conduits.
