On or about 3/3/16: Oxygen and Acetylene compressed gas cylinders, that were not in use, were improperly stored in the truck bay area and were not separated, nor secured by, a distance of 20 feet or by a barrier of at least 5 feet that had a fire resistance of 1/2 hour.
