29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Specific Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    a) 1558 Northside Industrial Blvd, Columbus, Ga., Production Area.: The employer failed to develop and use machine specific procedures instructing employees on how to control hazardous energy while performing maintenance and service exposing employees to caught in and struck by hazards. Specific procedures needed for equipment in the facility, such as but not limited to: multiple Johnford machines model SV-48.
