29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  a. Outdoor east sign area - an employee working on a Nifty TM40H aerial lift was exposed to electrical power circuits, in that, a point of contact was made with an unprotected electrical line.  Violation observed on or about 3/16/16.

Outdoor east sign area - an employee was exposed to a 28 foot fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not used while working from a Nifty TM40H aerial lift. Violation observed on or about 3/10/16.
