29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Equipment with damaged parts that may adversely affect its safe operation or its mechanical strength, such as broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating parts shall not be used: 2022 Mountain Road - Employees were exposed to electrical shock or burns where the electrical cabinet operating at 480v was in use with a bent right door and broken latch. The box could not be closed thereby, exposing employees to potential electrical shocks and/or burns on or about March 17, 2016. No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.303(e): Markings were not provided on electrical equipment giving voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary: a) 2022 Mountain road - The 480v panel located in the production floor had no markings to identify the voltage, its purpose and other markings required by the manufacturer, thereby exposing employees to hazardous energy shocks, burns or electrocution on or about March 17, 2016. No abatement certification or documentation required.

No abatement certification or documentation required.
