29 CFR 1926.752(e): A Site-specific erection plan specific to the site was not developed for alternate means and methods that provide employee protection in accordance with 1926.753(c)(5), 1926.757(a)(4) or 1926.757(e)(4), a site-specific erection plan was not developed by a qualified person and was not available at the work site: The employer failed to develop and make available a site specific erection plan. Workers/employees performing steel erection activity, such as but not limited to decking activity, were not provided a decking plan exposing them to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 39 feet to the concrete below.
