29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(i): When a powered industrial truck was left unattended, the load engaging means was not fully lowered and brakes set. On 3/30/2016, an employee working at Louis Maull Company, which is located at 219 North Market Street, St. Louis, MO, dismounted and left a Caterpillar forklift, Model 2EC18, without fully lowering the load engaging means and setting the brake.
