29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).     On or about April 05, 2016, on the residential construction site where employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet when performing roofing work without a fall protection system.      Roberto Delgado Garcia was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1003297 Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/03/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 24519 North Denham Ridge, Spring, TX 77388.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access.    On or about April 05, 2016, at the north side of the residential construction where employees were exposed to a fall hazard when using two extension ladders to access a roof without extending the ladders side rails at least three feet above the roof landing or securing the top of the ladder to the roof landing.    Roberto Delgado Garcia. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1003297 Citation Number 1, Item Number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/03/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 24519 North Denham Ridge, Spring, TX 77388.
