Harlo Products, forklift No. 19, HR 1657 - The backup alarm did not work and the left rear tire needed replacing. Part of tire tread was torn off and the tire canvas was exposed. 3. JCB 940, forklift No. 11 - The horn was broken and the seat belt buckle was broken. 4. Caterpillar all terrain, forklift No. 15 - The horn was broken and the forklift did not have a seat belt.
