29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)  a) Department of Veterans Affairs, Memphis, TN - On or about 4/7/16, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when a competent person did not perform regular inspections of the work site.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
