This violation occurred on or about April 11, 2014 when employees in the Dryer building were required to process amorphous silica and large amounts of silica were on the floors and equipment.

On or about 04/11/2016, at 3150 Pete Manena Road, Westlake, LA, employees were exiting the dryer building and using the stairway which have guard rails that have deteriorated.
