29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:   a) 7410 W Saxton Drive, Boise, ID 83714:  On or about April 13, 2015 and at times prior thereto; Employees were  observed wearing half-face respirators while cutting concrete pavers without employing wet methods.  Employees did not have a medical evaluation prior to wearing respirators provided by their employer.      Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
