29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects:   a) East Hanover Town Hall/Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover, NJ   An employee was exposed to falling objects without wearing hard hat while clean falling debris under the tree-cutting area.    Violation was observed on or about 04/28/2016.
