On or about 04/26/2016, at building #2 - employees were exposed to emergency and fire related hazards, in that, the one designated exit doors had extra hasps  installed, one designated exit door was locked and had a sign that required the door to be locked during business hours.

On or about 04/26/2016, at building #2 - employees required to operate the press brake were exposed to amputation hazards, in that, there are no guards to separate them from the point of operation. One employee suffered an injury while holding a part and actuated the press cycle.
