Chemical-specific information must always be available through labels and material safety data sheets. (a) Establishment: Employees that manufacture orthotics have exposure to plastic dust and 341 Contact Cement, which consisted of hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to toluene, hexane, acetone and methyl ethyl ketone in the course of their work, but Hazard Communication training was not provided, on or about April 28, 2016.
