29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:   a) Welding area / Production Line #2, on or about 05-02-2016, an employee was observed using 40 p.s.i. compressed air for cleaning without the pressure being reduced to 30 p.s.i. and without using a safety nozzle to prevent potential injuries, including but not limited to dermal injury.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions:   a) Welding area / Production Line #2, on or about 05-02-2016, a disconnected metal flexible conduit connector exposed the conductors entering a 230 VAC breaker panel to the metal edge as they entered through the box's knock-out hole, exposing employees to electric shock.
