29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.  a) On or about May 3, 2016 employees were exposed to slip hazards in the Show Room due to the roof leaking during and after raining.   b) On or about May 3, 2016 employees were exposed to slip hazards in the Secondary Service shop due to the roof leaking during and after raining.  c) On or about May 3, 2016 employees were exposed to slips hazards in the Main Service shop due to the roof leaking during and after raining.
