29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1):  All traffic regulations shall be observed, including authorized plant speed limits.  A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times:  a.  On or about April 28, 2016, in the shipping area, an employee operating the #1210 Yale forklift (model: ERP040VTN36TE082; S/N: G807N01764H) parked the lift in a high traffic aisle/area partially blocking the three-way intersection and violating plant traffic regulations.
