OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to a struck by hazard:    a) 20 Water St., Milford, MA: On or about May 9, 2016, employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by a moving  M series Bobcat S770 skid steer loader when the vehicle operator was travelling and/or turning with the lift arms raised and the operator not looking in the direction of travel. One feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard would be to insure that the operator follows the instructions on the title page of the Operator's Handbook; which states, "Do not travel or turn with the lift arms up. Look in the direction of travel".
