29 CFR 1926.105(a): Safety nets were not provided when workplaces were more than 25 feet above the ground or water surface, or other surface(s) where the use of ladders, scaffolds, catch platforms, temporary floors, safety lines, or safety belts was impractical:     (a). Worksite located at 54 N. Franklin Street, Kingston, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards when ascending and descending the communication tower and were not utilizing any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    (a). Worksite located at 54 N. Franklin Street, Kingston, Missouri- Employees who were observed climbing and descending the communications tower had not been properly trained on the use and application of fall protection requirements.
