29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  At 87 North Mount Pleasant Ave. Monroeville, Alabama:  On or about May 18, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for his employee working from a low slope roof while installing tile exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 10 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
