29 CFR 1910.243(e)(2)(i): The mower blade was not enclosed except on the bottom and the enclosure shall extend to or below the lowest cutting point of the blade in the lowest blade position.     a)  Building 10 - On or before June 1, 2016, a SCAG model SWZT418-15FS walk behind mowerwith the discharge chute affixed in an elevated position by a bungee cord, which did not completely enclose the blade.    b) Building 10 - On or before June 1, 2016, a SCAG Cheetah model SCZ61V -27FX ride on mower was in use with the  discharge chute affixed in an elevated position by a bungee cord, which did not completely enclose the blade.
