29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  (a) 4208 Integrity Way, Powder Springs, Ga., On the front side of multi-family residential homes, employees were not protected from eye injuries while framing with a Pneumatic Nail Gun without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:   a) 4208 Integrity Way, Powder Springs, Ga., On the front side of multi-family residential homes, employees who were  performing roofing activities at heights in excess of 25 feet above ground level, without fall protection, exposing employees to fall hazards.
