29 CFR 1926.502(b)(6): Guardrail systems shall be so surfaced as to prevent injury to an employee from punctures or lacerations, and to prevent snagging of clothing: a. On or about June 14, 2016 - at the above addressed jobsite, the guardrail system around the ladder way opening on the 11th Floor had nails protruding through the 2x4(s), thereby exposing employees to cut and puncture wounds.
