29 CFR 1918.32(b): The edge of a hatch section, or of stowed cargo, was not guarded by a vertical safety net or other means providing equal fall protection to exposed employees.     On or about June 18, 2016, on the vessel K. Jasper moored at Greens Port Terminal Dock #3, employees were exposed to a fall hazard when discharging pipe in Hatch #1 without a vertical safety net or other means providing equal fall protection.
