29 CFR 1926.1203(e)(2)(v)(C): The air supply for the forced air ventilation was not from a clean source and could increase the hazards in the space:    Location: 6 Cohas Ave, Manchester, NH    On or about June 20, 2016, the employer was using forced air ventilation that was not from a clean source and could increase the hazards in the space and can cause adverse health effects.  Employees were performing work inside one of two ground-level water tanks which included the use of chemicals, such as an epoxy compound to fill grooves and methyl ethyl ketone to clean joints.  The employer was using a large air compressor as forced air ventilation for the space.  This compressor has a warning stating that it is prohibited for human respiration because it contains poisonous materials, such as carbon monoxide.  Adverse health effects from carbon monoxide can include headaches, tachypnea, nausea, weakness, dizziness, confusion, and hallucinations.
