29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a) On or about June 30, 2016, Empire Roofing and Restoration, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not initiate and maintain a program which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment by a competent person. Employees of Victorino's Home Renovations, LLC., a subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards of up to 20 feet while engaged in roofing activities on a two- story residential building with no fall protection in place.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
