29 CFR 1910.142(i)(1): In temporary labor campsites, where central dining or multiple family feeding operations were permitted or provided, the food handling facilities did not comply with the requirements of the Food Service Sanitation Ordinance and Code: 2013 Food Code recommendations of the United States Public Health Service Food and Drug Administration:  Section 4-703.11 Hot Water and Chemical Sanitation Utensils: 1. Utensils shall be immersed in hot water for at least 30 minutes. 2. Dish washer temperature shall be set at 160 degrees Fahrenheit.  (a) On July 1, 2016 at the dining facility, kitchen utensils were not sanitized in accordance with the 2013 Food Code recommendations of the United States Public Health Service Food and Drug Administration, exposing employees to foodborne hazards.
