29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.   At the jobsite located at 2840 N. 114th in Kansas City, Kansas, employee engaged in framing activities working on the ground was exposed to a struck-by hazard from objects falling from approximately 15ft in height, in that head protection was not provided.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the jobsite located at 2840 N. 114th Kansas City, Kansas; employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet from the eave to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
