29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. At the jobsite located at 2840 N. 114th in Kansas City, Kansas, employee engaged in framing activities working on the ground was exposed to a struck-by hazard from objects falling from approximately 15ft in height, in that head protection was not provided.
