29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: 1) Doctor Office, 455 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA - The employer exposed an employee who was working inside a JLG Aerial lift truck (model number 400S and serial number 0300105921) to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet when the employer did not enforce the use of fall protection or positioning device attached by lanyard to the basket or the boom of the lift. The employee was installing sheathing on the side of the commercial building.
