On or about July 13, 2016 at 5045 Singleton RD, Suite C, in Norcross, Georgia four employees were exposed to chemical hazards associated with formaldehyde use where products including "True Cosmetics" Keratin and "RG Cosmetics" Amazon X-treme were used by employees for whom the employer had not performed personal air monitoring to establish exposure levels to formaldehyde.
