29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):  Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:      (a)  Horizon Erectors LLC at 5690 Logan St., Denver, CO 80216:  On or before June 7, 2016 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees installing insulated metal wall panels onto a two-story pre-fabricated steel building were protected from injury, in that employees worked from two aerial lifts to install and secure the panels which were maneuvered into position by an overhead crane.  The basket and boom of both aerial lifts worked beneath energized 3-phase 208v electrical lines.  that supplied power to the building next door.  This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
