29 CFR 1910.23(a)(10): The swing of a door and/or gate reduced the effective width of the platform to less than 20 inches: On or about June 1, 2016 to August 1, 2016 an employee was performing work on a platform that had a swing gate. The swing gate reduced the platform width to less than 20 inches. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
