29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load:    On or about August 15, 2016,  the wire rope sling used to pick a concrete pipe 60 inches in diameter did not have a tag to indicate the working load.
