Employees were exposed to a 26 foot fall hazard, without a fall protection system, during installation of dry-in with peel and stick underlayment.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) For the jobsite located at 4001 W El Prado Blvd. Tampa, FL, as observed on or about 8/23/2016.  A training program had not been provided for the employees exposed to a 26 foot fall hazard during installation of dry-in with peel and stick underlayment.
