29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: On or about 08/25/2016 at building # 7619, some of the exit doors were secured with locks/bolts, exposing employees to a fire hazard; 1- At the left side, rear exit door of the show room. 2- At the right front mattress show room/storage area exit door. 3- At the right rear in the warehouse exit door.

29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) or passageway(s) were not kept in good repair: a) On or about 08/25/2016 in building # 7619 at the shipping/delivery area, the dock plate is unserviceable, in that, the plate is not level with the floor. Employees using pallet jacks to load/unload furniture are exposed to struck/caught by hazard.
