29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about 08/26/2016, at the above addressed work site, an employee was working on the ledge of a building without fall protection exposing him to a fall of approximately 20-feet to the ground.    Robert Binns Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 955785, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/07/2015, with respect to a workplace located at  8103 International Drive. Orlando, Florida 32819.
