29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items A-D of this section: a) At the establishment, on or about 8/30/16: Machine specific lockout/tagout procedures were not adequate it that there were no specific procedural steps for isolating, blocking and securing machine, dissipating any stored energy and no specific requirements for testing equipment to determine and verify effectiveness of lockout devices for employees performing servicing and/or maintenance on various equipment, including, but not limited to filler, case sealer, labeler, bottle sorter, steam tunnel, etc. Abatement documentation must be submitted for these items.
